AMATA Production is a shirt factory that runs every stage itself — design, fabric printing, cutting, sewing, embroidery, packing and delivery. With all of it under one roof you pay factory prices, and a change to your order does not mean waiting on someone else’s queue.
Most people looking for a garment factory hit the same wall: cheap but slow, or good but with a minimum order far above what they need. Our production is set up for both a ten-shirt team order and a thousand-shirt corporate run, at the same standard.

Full-body sublimation
The print soaks into the fabric — it will not peel, crack or fade, and there is no limit on the number of colours.
Cut and sewn here
Our own machinists, so we control the seams and the fit without subcontracting the work out.
Design included free
Our graphics team drafts it first. You approve it, then we produce it. No separate design fee.
Embroidery and screen print
Crisp embroidery for polos and corporate wear, screen printing for high-volume runs.
Delivered nationwide
Straight to your door, with a delivery date confirmed the day you approve the design.
Rush slots available
If your event has a fixed date, tell us up front and we schedule production around it.
Common questions
What is the minimum order?
Sublimated printed shirts start at a single piece. For embroidered polos we suggest ten or more, so the per-shirt price makes sense.
How long does production take?
Usually 7–14 days after the design is approved, depending on quantity and type. Tell us your deadline at the start and we can schedule a rush slot.
Where is the factory?
At 110/2 Samchai Road, Hat Yai, Songkhla. You are welcome to visit, and we deliver across Thailand.
Is the design really free?
Yes. Our graphics team drafts it, revises it until you are happy, and only then do you decide whether to order.
Can you issue a tax invoice?
Yes — quotations, delivery notes and company tax invoices, which is what most organisation orders need.
