Pricing and minimum orders
Price depends on quantity, fabric and printing — this page explains what moves it.
Why there is no fixed price list
Made-to-order shirts do not have one price. The same shirt costs very differently per piece at ten and at five hundred, and full-body printing is not the same job as a single embroidered logo. A single number on a web page would be wrong for most of the orders that come in.
What we do instead is quote quickly. Send the quantity, the type of shirt and the date you need it over LINE, and a quotation usually comes back the same day, with a free draft design before you commit.
Large orders are priced at wholesale, direct from the factory, with no middleman. Shops, resellers and anyone producing for their own customers can tell us the quantity per run and we will quote across quantity bands so the difference is visible before you decide.
What moves the price
Quantity
The biggest factor by far. The per-shirt price falls steadily as the order grows.
Fabric
Breathable sports fabric, cotton and polo fabric all cost differently. Choose by budget and use.
Printing or embroidery
Full sublimation costs the same regardless of colour count; embroidery is priced by size and number of positions.
Per-piece detail
Individual names and numbers, or several sponsor logos, affect production time more than print cost.
Urgency
Work that has to jump the queue costs more. Telling us the date early usually avoids that.
Paperwork and delivery
Quotation, tax invoice and shipping are all stated in the quotation. Nothing is added afterwards.
Common questions about price
What do you need for a quotation?
Three things: rough quantity, the type of shirt, and the date you need it. Send a logo or a design you like and the quote will be closer to final.
What is the minimum order?
Sublimated printed shirts start at one piece. For embroidered polos we suggest ten or more.
How fast is a quotation?
Usually the same day if you send those three things. Complex jobs may take until the next working day.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, before production starts, with the balance due before dispatch. The terms are on every quotation.
Is design charged separately?
No. Design is included in the production price, and we draft it before you pay a deposit.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes. Large runs are priced wholesale direct from the factory, and the difference becomes clear from a few hundred pieces upwards. Send your intended quantity and we will quote across bands.
Do you supply shops and resellers?
Yes. We produce for shops, resellers and anyone selling on to their own customers, at the same factory price with no middleman.
