What to prepare, when you see the design, and what usually causes delays.

First-time customers worry about the same thing: not knowing what to prepare or when they will see the work. This walks through the real process from first message to delivery, and names the things that usually cause delays.

You only need three things

Rough quantity, the type of shirt, and the date you need it. That is enough for a quotation — no files, no fabric names. Send a logo or a reference design and the quote gets closer to final.

The date is the most important and most often omitted. It decides how we schedule, and sometimes changes which printing method we recommend.

Start to finish

1. Message us on LINE with those three things — a quotation usually comes back the same day.
2. Free draft design — revised until you are happy, with no deposit yet.
3. Confirm design, fabric and sizes — sample shirts are available. This is the stage worth spending time on.
4. Deposit and production starts — after this the design is fixed, because the fabric has been printed.
5. Production and quality check — typically 7–14 days depending on quantity and type.
6. Delivery — nationwide, with tracking.

The three things that cause delays

Incomplete size counts are the number one cause, especially for schools and companies collecting from many people. Ask for sample shirts, then confirm counts per size.

Slow design approval — the production queue starts from approval, not from your first message. And changing the design after the deposit, which means starting over, because printed fabric cannot be reused.
